*if you have a problems with self harm or anything to do with mental illnesses then I advise you not to read this book. I don't mean for anyone to get offended, anything thing that is said is the way I feel about the whole situation, it may be different for others (who haven't been in the situation/ have been in the situation/ have stop doing it etc.)
I do advise anyone who think about self harm, to not do it. I feel strongly about it, from someone who has done it. I didn't do it for attention seeking but because I gave up. anyway you don't really need to know why I've done it but I wish I didn't. I didn't tell anyone I'd done it but people found out which I didn't want at all but I couldn't hide it from everyone sadly and I got very upset. It is still not a nice topic if someone brings it up but I've moved on and I don't do it anymore. I still don't talk about my feelings but I make sure I just cry instead of cutting. I have gotten better with feeling and occasionally say to some people(I have to be able to trust them)about them. Anyway if anyone on here feeling like they need help to stop or feels like they want to do it then don't, message me if you want to rant about something, just message me about any problems, Anything. I will try and help.
