Muzan (Midzan) Kibutsuji has finally found a way to create a fake being that mimics the actions of an average human being. He had created a small 21-year-old boy named Giyuu, with no emotions and not knowing how to mimic the human body.

Once sent out to hunt the demon slayers, he stumbles across Sanemi Shinazugawa, a hashira who decided that he was going to take him in after so much nagging and help him be like a normal human.
