Nicole Garcia isn't the one anyone would go to when they need an advice. She's harsh, looks mean and is almost the school outcast. Except she's not. Except she doesn't let anyone fit her in any box except what she wants to be called. But she's not the type that saves the day. She's not the type of person who would sacrifice for others.
But here she is, with a so-called god asking her to explain what it means to be a human. Because in their view, humans are the most detestable creatures on the earth. Then what makes them so unique?
And Nicole has no interest in saving the world. She's happier with the thought that the world might end. What does a broken teen expect from a broken world anyway?
And why would she bother, to save the world?
