Skye Oakley, sixteen, moves to the Outer Banks with her mother, step-father and step brother from Florida. She attends Kildare County High and falls in with a crowd of familiar faces.
She begins to take an interest in JJ and becomes best friends with Kiara, John B and Pope. They teach her to surf and to skate. In her spare time Skye enjoys painting and playing guitar.
However behind her smile, there lies a deep secret that she will continue to hide from the pogues.
Takes place before the events of the show.

She lived here before but because of her father who just got a job offer they had to move to New York. She's tall with blond hair, always dressed nicely with pretty makeup, perfectly blown out hair and long nails. She has the "clean girl" aesthetic. She always took her presence very seriously.
