Every morning Daelyra Targaryen wakes up and chooses violence. (Figuratively, at least.)
It might be because she's Daemon Targaryen's daughter. It might be because her soul is from another world. It might be because her dragon blood runs hotter than most, and that means more than she knew it could. It might be because the dragon that chose her is the most vicious of them all. It might be because she's a woman on a mission.
So many might-be's, but one thing is certain: she wasn't meant to exist and the sole fact that she does was enough to knock the world ever so slightly off its axis. Why not change it further?
Or: Targaryens really aren't human and expecting them to conform to human standards rarely ends well. And sometimes an unhinged woman with an unhinged dragon is all the world needs to prevent a disaster long in the making.
