Every morning Daelyra Targaryen wakes up and chooses violence. (Figuratively, at least.)
    
    It might be because she's Daemon Targaryen's daughter. It might be because her soul is from another world. It might be because her dragon blood runs hotter than most, and that means more than she knew it could. It might be because the dragon that chose her is the most vicious of them all. It might be because she's a woman on a mission.
    
    So many might-be's, but one thing is certain: she wasn't meant to exist and the sole fact that she does was enough to knock the world ever so slightly off its axis. Why not change it further?
    
    Or: Targaryens really aren't human and expecting them to conform to human standards rarely ends well. And sometimes an unhinged woman with an unhinged dragon is all the world needs to prevent a disaster long in the making.

Aegon fled after seeing his father being murdered and set out to travel among the Free Cities of Essos. After a few years of mercenary work, he settled near Volantis and started a family. Now his daughter, Visenya Blackfyre, is going on a journey that will change Westeros and Essos for generations. ~ I do not own Game of Thrones or any of the characters except my own~ I like to thank bobissocool11 for creating his book 'A Dragon's Flame'. It inspired me to write this story and it may have some overlap with that story. I highly recommend you read his/her story. Lastely, this is my first story ever. I hope you will enjoy it.
