It's a Medical Fiction story about a 28 year old neurosurgeon Liam Matthew Howard from Cleveland University Hospital that was designated in one of the prestigious hospital in the Philippines the St. John Hospital.
He is a neurosurgeon that never thought of being inlove and only focuses on his goal being a doctor. Not until he met a patient named Jaira with a brain tumor. She don't want to have a surgery and wants to die. But the doctor able to convince Ms. Jaira to prolong her life and he slowly developed his feelings towards her. Would they live happily ever after?
