It is the year 2159 and the inhabitants of earth have undergone many changes. The air on the surface is no longer breathable therefore humans have taken to the ground. New technology has allowed for clean oxygen in the safety of the tunnels beneath where homes and cities have been reconstructed but a corrupt government and freedom seekers who believe in the 'Stompers' above, threaten to tip the scales of the new society which could cause serious repercussions for the remainder of mankind.
Will a seventeen year old girl who has been thrown in at the deep end due to a case of mistaken identity, be able rebalance the scales and save those she loves before it is too late? Or will a dark and mysterious boy steal her heart and cause a distraction from her fast approaching fate?
