The Criminal's Daughter

Of all these things that have made me the Marlena I am today, I have become an influence in so many's lives and I do my best to steer people onto the right path. I endured being a criminal's daughter and surviving, literally with my sanity intact when most would have lost their minds. I have survived through being abused by so many. It wasn't an easy life for me, it was very hard growing up with a dad that was considered a small town mafia type. The things I seen would shock you. I hear all the time, "how crazy it is that I did something with my life and that I'm not insane or in jail, is a miracle".

Of everything I went through, the things I seen and endured haven't stopped me from being a good person and giving back. I never gave up, even though so many times no one would've blamed me if I did. My motto, "Don't let the product of your upbringing or your family decide your future. You can be anything you want to be with hard work, lots of prayers and faith in God, to get you through it all unscathed".
