The God of Skypiea, Enel, once again controls the island in the sky. However, the great and apparently "invincible" Enel forms and alliance with the World Government's fugitives, who no longer works for the government officially, CP9 (Cipher Pol #9) to take down the Straw Hat Pirates which takes place after the 2 year time skip. The pirates are now in the New World causing trouble and within the mean time they get to Skypiea by the 'knock-up' stream just like 2 years ago. Will the Straw Hats stand a chance between the God of Skypiea and the ex-agents CP9?All Rights Reserved
