{ The Phantom of the Opera fanfic.
Based upon Gaston Leroux's original novel mostly. Perhaps a little of the 1925 movie or Andrew Lloyd-Weber musical. }
Through a drastic, emotion-bound error of Raoul's, Christine Daaé's child ends up in the hands of Erik while she remains heartbroken believing the child dead.
Christine's daughter has grown to fifteen years in the isolated tunnels and mazes of the Opera Populaire while operas and parties rage upstairs. Without any to find company in beside Erik, the Girys, or a man referred to as the Persian, she does something she knows none of her guardians would approve. Can her secret be kept?
While her daughter grows, Christine has a paranoid feeling that her child is everywhere. Once she accepts that her baby is gone, can she try to have a normal life with Raoul? Or will the Phantom always haunt her?

Of Phantoms and Angels

24 parts Complete

Lilienne LaClaire is a fish out of water, so to say. No matter how hard she tries, she just can't fit in at the Paris Opera. She minds her own business and works hard to perfect her dances for Mme Cartelle- the strictest of dance instructors. But, never has she been bothered by the whispers about the Phantom of the Opera- what was there to fear of a man who hides in shadow? So, there is nothing to be afraid of when they come face-to-face, deep in the abandoned corridors of the Opera. ... Lilienne LaClaire is someone the Phantom would never bother with, under normal circumstances. But never before has he met someone who is not afraid by the mention of his name. Fascinated by this quietly brave girl, his eye seems to train on her a little too long. ... Will Lilienne learn to find her way? Will the Angel of Music adopt another pupil? Is there another who can see past his mask? You'd never get away with all this in a play... Enjoy~ J http://jordanmillerpersonal.weebly.com/my-stories.html
