Sixteen year-old Phineas Van Stomm, son of Buford Van Stomm, is in ninth grade. He had just moved into a boarding house, and it was no fun for him being alone. So, he decided to adopt a random pet, and he got a baby platypus named Perry, who, unbeknownst to him, was the offspring of the late OWCA agent, Agent P. 

Izabelle Grace is a 16 year-old girl, who first met Phineas when they were ten. Also called Belle, or sometimes Bella by her friends, she is currently the one with the most badges among the Fireside Girls.
