Aliyah is the younger sister of the huntress Neytiri.

When the sisters stumbled upon Jake Sully, one wanted to throw him to the viper wolves while the other wanted to bring him to the clan. Aliyah despised the sky people since she was young due to the school incident. But once she saw her sister take notice of the false Na'vi, she couldn't say no.

There was only one other person who hated the sky people more than she, and that was Tsu'tey. Aliyah hated Tsu'tey more than she hated the sky people. So, when Jake becomes one of the people, she thought of it as a win-win situation. On one hand, Tsu'tey has to deal with an avatar driver attempting to fit in, and on the other hand, Aliyah gets to torment Tsu'tey with Jakes presence.

Only to realize there's always more love than hate.
