In a world where Fae, Demi-Fae, Crochans, Ironteeth Witches, Humans and Shifters live in peace, people easily forget about the war 20 years ago, but then there are the people who were on the front lines in the war, or a commander sending mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers into war. Let's take my family for example, my mum and dad were on the front line, it was probably the hardest war my dad and "Uncles and an Auntie" had fought in many wars prior. Now you may be wondering who and what I am. Well, I'm a fae and I'm a princess but also a hardened warrior. Now I've told you that I'm royalty, you may be wondering which royal family do I belong to, well I belong to the Terrasen household. My mum is Queen Aelin Galathynius Whitethorn and my father Consort to my mum is none other than Rowan Galathynius Whitethorn.

Several months have passed, following the War with the Valg. Fenrys Moonbeam is slowly settling into his new role as the Ambassador of Terrasen, while his friends and allies set to work strengthening their lands. It seems that Terrasen has finally reached an era of peace, but peace can only last for so long. One Lady is missing from Aelin's Court, and the people in the city of Arcelia are demanding her return. If Nascha Makatza does not claim her birthright, her people will declare a civil war. I thought I had died on my way home from work and that the gods had blessed me with a loving father in the afterlife. I was ready to accept that where I now stood was simply an illusion-an afterlife crafted just for me. How could I have known that my soul had traveled to another world? A world inside a book. The woman whose body I now possess was supposed to be dead. My death should have been the breaking point for my loving father-the event that turned him into a cruel, evil villain for the protagonist to defeat over 100 years later. Now, I am trapped in the book series I had read only because my friend loved it. And I can barely recall key details because I never bothered to read it carefully. It was already a horrible story riddled with many plot holes. And being stuck in it? It's even worse-especially as someone who wasn't even mentioned in the book because she was supposed to die early on. ~.~ This is a transmigration ACOTAR story set before Amarantha was sent as an emissary to Prythian. While the war over slavery has already occurred, I've altered the timeline and some details about the war's history. I also dislike the trope of a "truly evil" villain whose sole purpose is to justify the plot of a war or the extension of a series. With this story, I want to give the villain a backstory-a name and depth-saving him from the same mediocre depiction of a tyrant.
