Arissa Mitchems was not an average girl. Everything about her seemed perfect. From her shiny chestnut hair that reached her belly-button, to her beautiful green eyes, and hourglass figure. But perhaps the most interesting thing about her was her dancing. She was a beautiful ballerina who could make a whole room go quiet. Even those adorable babies who never shut their traps. Time seemed to slow down when she danced. This is how she got into the most prestigious dance school in Europe. The London Patten School of the Arts, given it's title by the dance legends who owned it, the pattens. Nathanael Patten also attended the school. He was an average dancer. Not exceptional but not boring. Nathanael knew that he only got into the school because he was the son of Sandralay Patten, a perfect ballerina in her day, and the school's headmistress; not to mention the heir of the founder. Arissa's perfect in everyone's eyes, mostly because she let's no one in, and pushes everyone out. But when Nathan and Arissa become dance partners could that all change. Could someone finally look under all the outer beauty and see the damaged person on the inside.

Aude has a plan. Sort of. Survive business school, be more mature, keep things casual with the boy she's definitely not in love with, and absolutely, under no circumstances, fall for the arrogant finance guy she interned with in Greece. Easy. Except her year in Nantes has other ideas: There are too many parties she doesn't remember agreeing to, suspiciously flirty chats, and way too many moments that feel like coupledom, but aren't. Not officially. As friendships shift and feelings get messy, Aude finds herself growing up in ways she never planned, and realizing that the people who change us the most aren't always the ones who stay. Sharp, funny, and quietly devastating, this is a story about love, timing, and the chaos of becoming who you are, one awkward text at a time. - - - - - - - - Cover found on Pinterest TWS : Talks about mental health Songs and lyrics go to their rightful owners
