No matter how many times his son had tried to convince him, or he too had posed questions to his son, every single time the young man mesmerized him with tales of his forlorn heart broken over and over by the rejection from this same girl.
With the inherent stubbornness of the Hamiltons, Malcolm the fourteenth Duke of Toma realised that he might have just doomed his son.
It definitely made no sense as to why it didn't sit well with him...or did it? Or why he should even consider her, or if he was being frank with himself, why he hasn't spoken to his wife about it yet.
