Maybe you have a friend you like. Maybe you can't control it. Maybe they make your heart race whenever you see each other. Maybe you know you can never be together. All these maybes happened to me. This is a series of letters I write to him that he will never receive.
I will use the name Garret in place of his actual name.

Confusing Labels
I can never be a best friend with someone whom I had a crush on before. Impossible. That's what they say. No matter how you look at it in different angles, they'll still say it's wrong but no. I'll prove that you can be friends with someone you had a crush on before. As long as you don't have feelings anymore. What if you're just confused? Your Brother and I
Sometimes people force you to do things that you never wanted to do. Sometimes while doing those things you meet people that you never knew you needed to meet. You start to form friendships with these people and sometimes something special happens with that guy you didn't know you liked. These people start to become your world, but no world can be perfect. That guy you liked may seem incredible but there's something he's just too afraid to tell you. Oh, and your friends? They know what he's hiding too, but they've all decided to keep it from you. Perhaps he will never know, but she wishes they could go back to those days, when the future seemed to be bright and there were just the two of them, and their friends, their youth, their promises. She loves him, too. But now, when happiness has faded and their promises have been broken, love seems just pointless.
