Rose a young female in Japan has been adopted several times after her parents mysterious disappearance. she becomes close friends with Izuku Midoryia. It also takes a very long time for her quirk to manifest but she doesn't truly get her quirk she was forced to take it. It was a "gift" but a rather painful one.
