Even though this Au takes place after tomos death (which the crux didn't find him and he never met the traveler) We already know that Tsaritsa and the Fatui are working towards the goal of freeing humanity from the control of the Gods in Celestia. Thus, Snezhnaya and the Fatui as an organisation presents us with the moral quandary of what our bottom line is in the struggle against oppression.
