Wicked, Hateful, Merciless, and Despicable perfectly described the United Nation known as the Imperial. A cursed land watered by the tears of its victims and sowed by the hands of its slaves. With its mages keeping the nation safe, its colonization of other lands is predictable. However it is different to its citizens, the nation is merely protecting them and war is just a simple means to keep peace.
Ren and Zeon were both raised in different parts of the Imperial, and treated differently as well. When the time comes to study in the Academy of Mages, both boys will enter a world they never knew existed. And it all started with a simple cave-in.
