Jake and Neytiri were married but had noticed that they like the same gender and told each other and decided to help rise the kids together until they find a lover they love so Tonowari and Ronal felt the same way that Jake and Neytiri felt before they met so when they met they started to feel love for the other pair also their oldest children knew how they felt so they respected them and supported their parents

So what I'm trying to say is that Neytiri and Ronal are soulmates and Jake and Tonowari are also soulmates
