Middle Ground

Laoina Sullivan catches herself in a dangerous situation, where her life is at risk. A secret organisation reaches out to her after watching her for a while. They take her in and introduce her to a new way of life that breaks every rule in the book their Prime Minister/Taoiseach wrote.

(This is a piece of work for my English class, I'm in Year 9 and would love some feedback!)

Wow! This is spectacular work, [My name]. You are a truly talented writer.
There is so much to praise about this piece of work: the structure, the dystopian feel, the dialogue (so witty!), the powerful imagery you create. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It felt both fresh and evocative of other dystopian writing.
If I were to offer you some feedback, it would be to take care with tenses. You do move back and forth between past and present at times.
But overall, fabulous. Do send me anything else you are working on. I'd be glad to read it!
