Summary: Due to a current heatwave and being around his brother who had the same thing Romano has gotten himself sick now too and China decides to take it upon himself to take care of the Italian much as Romano complains about it.

When Fear Takes Hold
A new, deadly disease is spreading, and although necessary precautions are put in place, the nations don't show much concern. That is, until it's revealed they aren't immune to it either. A special quarantine is organized for the nations who have fallen ill as researchers around the world attempt to find a cure.
