Maedelyn Targaryen, child of Daemon Targaryen and Rhea Royce, never knew unconditional love from her parents. Her father abandoned her before she took her first breath, and her mother died when she was only five years old. Maedelyn grew up in the Vale, raised by her mother's cousin, Ser Gerold Royce, until her father summoned her to stand with his family as an ally when Lucerys's claim to Driftmark was called into question. Maedelyn begrudgingly agreed only because of his promise to finally allow her to claim a dragon. At last, Maedelyn meets her Targaryen relatives. Only to find herself intrigued by her cousin, Aemond, the one-eyed prince.

This is my first story on Wattpad, I'll attempt to update at least once a week (hopefully more) I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments 💕

Personally I don't have an allegiance to either team, but this story will most likely be leaning towards the greens. Proceed with caution if that bothers you.

i'll be using plot points from both the tv show and the book as well as making my own changes to characters to better fit my story
