Jaune gets his transcripts revealed by Weiss, and majority of the student body beat him up regularly for it. Hated and shunned by the students, and unable to get help even by Ozpin, Professor Port and Doctor Oobleck - Jaune was forced to undergo daily bullying.
Weiss and Yang hated his guts, Blake was hypocritical about him faking his way in and Ruby felt like he was another Torchwick. Meanwhile his own team stood by his side, despite the transcripts, and Team CVFY had respect for Jaune since he stood by Velvet when she got bullied for her Faunus traits.
While all this was happening, Cardin took a moment to evaluate himself as a person and as a Huntsman from the events of the Forever Fall. He decided to make changes with his team to be better than being a bunch of bullies, seeing as they felt like they owed Jaune a debt to repay.
Unfortunately they couldn't do anything when the beating got too much to the point Jaune fled to the Emerald Forest, and killed by an Ursa Major -though he killed it before the Grimm killed him.
But it wasn't the end for Jaune's journey, as he got sent to another world by Oum to become the hero known to the world called Earth as Rex Salazar, with his memories being locked away until he is needed in Remnant.
When all is said and done, Rex kept the Meta Nanites by having only him control it and no one else, with the failsafe of them turning off should he get brainwashed - somehow.
With the world mostly cured of EVOs, he along with Six, Holiday and The Pack got sent over to Remnant to aid against the Grimm. From there, Rex got his memories back from being Jaune Arc and told the others of what happened. Needless to say they were unimpressed with Beacon.

Instead of Jaune's transcripts being revealed, he had fallen to his death along with his bully, Cardin. After they both died, the Creator of Remnant, Oum decided to give Jaune a second chance in life to contribute to something bigger then Remnant. Bigger then what Remnant has ever seen. For many years in the Fallout world, he has fought side-by-side with the Enclave, Remnants of the United States Government. He has led many soldiers into battles throughout the Wasteland. Despite their defeat at the Capital Wasteland, he never gave up. By the time he succeeded in taking over the Commonwealth with the Enclave, he rendevous at the Appalachian Mountains where every Enclave main divisions will be meeting. They've planned to take back the entire North America wasteland to make America be reborn again. But Oum has other plans For Jaune, the Enclave, and their former allies. Arcadia, the Great Purge
Jaune Arc, a man that was sent to the 4 Kingdoms to hide from his Father. Just like with the rest of his Siblings, due to War caused by their Father, Nicolas Arc. They we're sent into hiding for their own safety. Juniper requested the help of Ozpin to accept Jaune into Beacon, they gave him an identity of a Student who came into the School with Fake Transcripts. This was in order to keep all eyes away from Jaune, if word got out that Jaune is in Beacon, Nicolas will come after him. But things happened during his time in Beacon, Goodwitch found out about his Transcripts and was furious of it. She went to the Vale Council and showed Evidence regarding this matter, which resulted to the Vale Council taking matters into their own hands. Jaune's Transcripts were found out by everyone in Beacon, the results were every single Student beating him to death and nearly killed him numerous times. But it gotten bad to the point that something happened, something far worse than what they expected. Now what would happen when the Arc Family hears about this? What will the fate of the 4 Kingdoms be when the Arc Family finds out what happened?Concluida
Grimm Days (Grimm RWBY x Male Ruby Reader)
A request from ARCtrooper70. The General plot is the following which may or may not be tweak: Male Ruby Rose but in the Grimmverse AU. Starts with Grimm Attack on Beacon, separated from the others and is with Ozpin. Soon an explosion happens and knock out reader, injured and unconscious. Ozpin leave him behind, but his action didn't go unnoticed by the others plus Neo and Raven. Salem is good while Ozpin is evil. Salem offer WBY, Neo, and Raven an offer to free Remnant from Ozpin, by turning them into Grimm Human hybrids. After two days Reader wakes up and see everything fell apart, his mission is to find his family and friends and team up with Adam. Later, find them and learn the truth and join them but not into the human hybrid, but special armor. (New Sith Troopers) and new weapon. Together all of them join forces to defeat Ozpin once and for all. When Ozpin was still Ozma, he want to conquer the world, and crush those that oppose him. Salem (before turning to Grimm) didn't agree to him and want to stop him. She tried to defeat him but failed, and the world went down to history to now. Since then she tries everything to bring hope into the world. Adam is childhood friend; Neo is the same. Beacon is Ozpin trying to make an army of huntsmen and huntresses that obey him. Teachers and Professors are involved. Ozpin doesn't care for the lives of students due to them being expandable.Concluida
Jaune's Grand Order
Jaune's transcripts were revealed by Cardin after he saved him from the Ursa. After that it was hell for him. He was beaten, bullied, and humiliated. The only people that stood by him are Ruby, Blake, his team, CFVY, and the Beacon staff. He was disowned and replaced by an adopted son that the Father said is useful compared to Jaune. After that Jaune requested to quit Beacon. After that he trek through the Emerald Forest where he ended up going through a portal due to being chased by Grimm and ended up in Chaldea. Jaune is now the last Master of Chaldea as he now brings his new power and his Servants to save Remnant.Concluida
Jaune Arc Multiverse (Complete)
This is an alternate RWBY universe where a counterpart of Jaune was created after the real one fell into the void. He doesn't remember the events of the volumes but now him and the others can be warned. Summer, Glynda, and Cinder are Jaune's aunts in this one, making Jaune the cousin of Ruby Rose (on Summer's side), Oscar Pine (adopted by the Rose/Xiao-Long Family), and Neo (on Cinder's side). Roman and Cinder are married while having Neo as their daughter. Qrow and Summer are married too and Qrow is Ruby's father while they have adopted Oscar. Whitley Schnne is now nicer and is in love with Penny. Oscar, Whitley, Blade, and Bang are the male version of Team RWBY and younger brothers of them but Yin hates Yang, which the feeling is mutual because she sees her brothers as an immature monster, which is hypocritical since she's in it for the thrill of being a huntress. Johann Arc and Sierra Arc are cousins of Jaune but they act more like older siblings. Cardin's family is invited as well but his sister, mother, uncle, aunt, and male cousin don't act like him. There are new students in this universe: Team BLUE and Team PRON from Beacon, Team ARC, Team DETA, and Team BACH from Atlas, Team DOOM and Team HOPE from Haven, and Team DAWN and Team SAND from Shade. Team BLUE's only male member doesn't like his team because of how they treat him and one of them cheated on him for selfish reasons. He is only close to Team DOOM and Team DAWN because they support him but he also is friends with Ruby, Jaune, Velvet, Sun, Penny, and Mercury.Concluida

After Jaune transcript was revealed by Cardin the entire school went against him only the only people who support him were Ruby, Team JNPR, And CFVY supported him then one day after his expulsion and his disown by his father he ran away into the forest Only to be kill by Grimm then next thing he's reincarnated in Giblet the twin brother of Shallot and after the events of Zahha being the master mind of the tournament of time Jaune/ Giblet woke up back on Remnant. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

Despite saving Cardin from an Ursa, he still exposed the truth about Jaune's transcripts. His friends and family abandoned him. Most of the students made his life a living hell. Some just ignored him like he wasn't even there. Most of the professors wanted him expelled. The only ones who helped him was Ozpin, Team CFVY, and a few people in Vale. One day, Jaune decides to go into the Emerald Forest to train. During his training, he is chased by a pack of Beowulves. From their chase, Jaune discovers something that will change his life forever. Jaune transcripts were revealed as usual and he was disowned, but his team stood by his side while the rest didn't. After that, he left to the Emerald Forest to end it all. But when his life was taken away. Oum decided to give him another chance in life and to contribute to something big, bigger than anything Remnant has ever seen. Jaune became the Clone Template for the Grand Army of the Republic. He led the Clones in numerous battles, throughout the Clone Wars from the First Battle of Geonosis to the Battle of Coruscant. But Jaune discovered something, a foul Plot to destroy the Jedi and the Republic. With this Information, Jaune alongside his most trusted Clones, hatched a plan to counter this Plot and hoped to save the Republic from this unknown Threat. [Part 1] A New Assassin (An Assassin's Creed x RWBY AU story)

One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Jaune Arc this man always wanted to be a hero like his ancestors but fate decided to mock the blond knight Jaune saved Cardin Winchester from the Ursa Major but Cardin did not care that Jaune saved him he not only mocked him but also told all the students about Jaune's transcript all the beacons started bullying Jaune except Glinda Ozpin and the teachers and the CFVY SSSN team and Blake Jaune was glad that none of his friends had betrayed him Jaune continued to study even if he was scolded by the beaters mocked even if his former team kicked him out of the room he still continued Jaune thought that nothing would break him he was grossly mistaken Ozpin reported that his family found out about his transcripts Ozpin said that Jaune was no longer Arc when Jaune found out about this he couldn't help it anymore he cried streams of tears all that was left for him was to prove he was worthy of Beacon Academy he went to the emerald forest and started killing the hordes of Grimm he killed all the Grimms except for one Grimm it was the Ursa Major it all started just from this Grimm all and end with this Grimm Jaune did not even resist he knew that this was his end and measured up with this Ursa Major attacked with his big claws and left a large scar on Jaune's chest that was on his entire chest instead of drooping he just smiled because he so wanted to fall into the arms of death after all these days tormented he finally got peace ... so he thought.Concluida
