Rainbow is a sweet, kind, strong Octoling. Since she was born she enjoys dancing. 
Her duty is to help, save, protect everyone as "Princess Neptune". After reaching the surface, Rainbow practiced weeks with her Team to reach X-Rang. Her, Maya, Maraella and Moana. 
Together they enjoy every Turf War, living in Splatsville and just live life they always wanted.

Everything seems fine. A good life, fame, friends, a boyfriend. 
Even with a second face, she is able to stay hidden and no one knosw about it. King Neptune forbid her to transform infront of others. Only if it's necessary. But it won't be, right?
