Kasey had met Rick and Shane while working at the King Country Police Department and was, admittedly, the only woman Shane couldn't get which made him intrigued by her. Kasey has two brothers, Oliver and Connor, who didn't like Shane from the start of them being together. Anyway, Kasey had been shot before Rick was and was in a coma for a real long time before she woke up in the hospital to the dead up and walking. She eventually met up with Rick when he went home and they were both found by Morgan. Morgan helped them both understand what was going on and when they parted ways with Morgan and his son, the two friends went to find Lori, Carl and Shane.All Rights Reserved
