In the world, Russell "Russ" Micheals lives in, there are two different types of classes; humans and gods.

The divide between people getting by and the people who reside in the crime world, Avalon. The government says they aren't a threat. However, everyone knows that mobsters rule the world.

It's been years since Russ's twin sister, Rudy, had gone missing. On the day he witnessed his parents' death, his twin sister gets kidnapped by strange people without struggle, leaving him to live alone.
