Are We Angels?

Skyler is one of the people who got the rare gene that allowed her to grow wings. One would think it would be all fun and games, flying above the clouds with the birds. Well, it's not. These people are rounded up by the age of five and put into institutions, and even camps. They aren't considered human and aren't treated as such. Things couldn't be worse, but then Skyler's institution brings in a new practice that makes everything before it seem like a walk in the park.
