Eleven-year-old Ivy Strongwill's life suddenly turns upside down as she comes across a certain yellow-eyed feline with a noble title. In less than a day, Sir Thomas the VIIth of the Meows-A-Lot dynasty frees Ivy from both her simple-minded family and her bullying classmates. As the truth about her powers is revealed, Ivy chooses to follow in her grandmother's footsteps and become a legendary sorcerwitch by attending the Sorcermagic Pergulum for Young Sorcerwizards and Sorcerwitches, a special school which accommodates her needs better than her previous, dabbler one could. However, she has no idea that a certain someone is eagerly waiting for her to fail at all times.
During her first year at the Pergulum, Ivy ties long lasting friendships, both with her new classmates, and with her more or less severe professors. Odd dishes are served, sorcercharmed animals are sometimes more empathetic than humans, important lessons are learned, old and new enemies lurk in the dark and help comes from the most unexpected of characters. As she navigates many exciting disciplines involving the use and control of her newly-discovered sorcermagic skills, the young girl realizes that appearances can be deceiving and that nothing is what it appears to be, except for her best friends who are always there to support her. Liam and Amanda Canmore, Concordrea Vevin, Solace Orphe, Abner Kettlebark and Lawuer Qrevior stand by Ivy in all difficult situations to come.

To help the ones you love, sometimes you must risk everything. Hailey and Claire do not like each other. When their mutual friend becomes hospitalized with a rare illness, they must embark on an adventure to the mystical Garden of Yllop to find the Eoz Potion, a mysterious medicine that can save their sick friend's life. Once in the Garden, they find themselves caught up in a conflict larger than either of them anticipated. They come under the attack of an army of mind controlled soldiers trying to keep them from the potion and kick them out of the Garden. They face an Evil Spirit that has taken control of the hearts of the once kind and caring people of Yllop. And they fight to restore the power of the true ruler of the Garden. The Search for the Eoz Potion explores the reasons why people will sometimes upend their lives and put themselves in harm's way in order to provide a better life for others. At its heart, this is a story about friendship and the power of sacrifice. In enduring all of these trials to help their friend, Hailey and Claire learn to trust each other and develop a confidence they didn't know they could find. This book was written as a project with my kids who were 10, 9, and 5 at the time. I had the basic idea and they filled in the details with things they thought would be interesting and exciting. I then tried to fit it all together into one story. The result is The Search for the Eoz Potion. I am looking forward to getting feedback on this, so please do not hesitate to leave your comments and reviews. If you like what you read, please vote and share with your friends. Thanks so much for the support!

"You're a good friend, Hermione." She narrowed her eyes at him. "So we're on a first-name basis now?" He shrugged. "I feel it's only fair after spending every moment of our free time in a lab together. Also," he scratched at his chin in thought, "I'm pretty sure you're dating my best mate."
