About 200 years after the events on Pantala, things have taken a turn for worse. It started with a few minority cults, lurking in the shadows of the Seawing kingdom. But it spread. Now the Icewings, Skywings, Seawings, Sandwings, and Nightwings have been infected with the ideals of one particular Seawing - Oarfish. 

Now, hybrids and other tribes are heavily discriminated against, and are treated as lesser beings. Far outnumbered by almost every tribe on Pyrrhia, many either stay and fight for their rights and land, or flee to Pantala via a string of now touristic islands. Following the tale of a young dragonet, and generations to come, it's all up to them to keep the world of dragons from falling apart.

Flying further than ever before, a brave group of dragonets will discover one of Pantala's ancient secrets, perhaps even older than the Scorching itself...

Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together?
