In a land of a magical place of light and shadow, Ligawa is divided into five sectors according to their kinds of being. But Damaschke Hadrian, Emperor of the Demon realm, wanted to conquest everything for himself, which would cause the downfall of all kingdoms. Maivee Fogler, known as Meil and a daughter of Duke Jawer, was fate to stop the destruction of greed by using the Pollo of Devine power. Pollo is a gem that can be used to unlock her gift to fulfill her destiny. After years of looking, Meil ended up in Werzenia Palace, a country ruled by a human. Where she met devoted servants who were called Heinukel. A celebration happened inside the palace. It was favored for Meil to investigate if one of the gems was protected by the Sultan of Werzenia. However, Meil was caught eavesdropping on the meeting of Heinukel and accused of being an ally of Demon. Meil was dragged and imprisoned in a dark dungeon. But Aren, Meil's friend, helped her out. They were about to escape. However, Werzenia was under attack, where Meil saved the Sultan and Dayang, leading her to be part of Heinukel.

As much as Meil wants to avoid falling in love, she learns about Vetel Zibach, one of the prominent members of Heinukel. She begins to genuinely appreciate her feeling but fate plays a joke on her because she discovers that Vetel is a Demon. The worst part is he is the long-lost prince of Emperor Damaschke. Vetel starts to lose his privilege in his life and starts to play along his father's side. Heinukel felt betrayed, and Meil loathed him. Promising herself that she will be the one to kill him for the sake of the world and all the people they killed without mercy. But Vetel won't give up on that silently because he kidnaps Meil, forces her to marry him, and lock her in his room. Vetel was determined to destroy everything just for her but contrary to Meil. Because she was destined to be the savior of the world.
