Teacher! Signora (Rosalyne) x Fem student! reader

'Amicy', the mystery of what goes on behind the scenes of one's social life

Y/n is in the final year of her chemistry honors degree when she receives the result of her first assessment of the semester and finds out she is close to failing. Fearing losing the scholarship and ruining her percentage, she approaches her professor of this semester, the infamous 'Ice Queen' of the chemistry department, Ms Rosalyne, to ask for advice and suggestions to improve.

Rosalyne was dubbed the 'Ice Queen' by students for her strict and harsh attitude, often known for her tough rules and grading. It was said no student ever failed her class because she kept everyone on their toes throughout the tenure, going above and beyond to ensure they meet her standards. An ethereal beauty but despised by most students, a woman shrouded in secrets due to the strange yet alluring face patch she dons and the ring on her left hand.

What will happen when the two of them get unexpectedly entangled with each other under the guise of studying? Will Y/n look beyond Ms Rosalyne's cold demeanour and find out her long-buried secrets, making her vulnerable to herself? Will Rosalyne end up falling for a person she'd never imagined even in her wildest dreams for how unacceptable that relationship would be? The two of them were worlds apart but it seems fate had other plans....

Note: Teacher x student relationship with all characters including Y/n being adults (slight age-gap). Not a toxic or dark story, everything is consensual and healthy. SFW for the majority of chapters, NSFW marked in titles.

All characters except reader belong to Mihoyo. I do not allow copy or distribution of my works in any form with or without my permission. Please be kind to the time, creativity and effort I put into the story.

Frida started sketching something with her stylus, eyes flicking to her screen as she adjusted the axes of a diagram, mumbling, "...and then this boundary layer here starts behaving like a switch... not instant, but sharp. Sharp enough." Inés leaned in to see. "You mean like a Heaviside approximation?" Frida rolled her eyes, barely biting back a grin. "No. I mean like an actual boundary layer. I thought you said you weren't rusty." That earned her a low hum from Inés - amused, maybe a little provoked. "You want sharp? I'll give you sharp," she muttered, reaching for her own laptop, the tip of her manicured nail clicking a little too decisively on the trackpad. "You're missing the substructure that governs the transition here-see?" Frida glanced over. "That's an assumption, not a proof." "Do you want this to work or do you want it to be romantic?" Frida laughed - surprised and a little breathless. "God. Is that how you think I talk about math?" Inés tilted her head, lips curling. "Only when you're trying to seduce me with it." Frida blinked. Her ears went hot. "I'm not-" "Not trying?" Inés cut in, pretending to glance back at the diagram, feigning innocence, but there was no missing the gleam in her eye. "Shame. Because it's working." Frida looked away sharply, pressing her fingers to the corner of her mouth like she could keep a smile in by force. "You're infuriating." "You're distracted." "You're distracting." Inés made a quiet, pleased sound at that and sat back for a moment, the back of her hand brushing the edge of Frida's chair. "Tell me more about the way you're treating the constraint set when it fractures," she said finally, voice smooth again, back in control - or pretending to be. Frida inhaled and kept going, though her voice was slightly lower now, the words sticking a little as she spoke.

"So what's your type?" "What do you mean?" I pause, looking up from my book to meet the eyes of my dear friend. "Type of what?" She shakes her head with a chuckle. Her head then jerks to her boyfriend, busy trying to figure out a solution in his work. "What type of guy do you like?" "I don't really have one." I reply. "Come on, there must be something a guy does that catches your attention." My eyes casually glance around the courtyard, trying to figure out a quick response to her question. But then I hear a voice speak just to the right of us, Professor Abel happily talking to Mr. Levine. "Well?" "Older." I mumble. "Someone older." "Just older?" His deep grey eyes soften slightly in the sunlight. "Someone... colder too." "So you want someone as bad as Professor Abel?" My friend jokes poking my side with her fingers. I snap my head back to her, surprised at her question. To brush off the embarrassment I shrug my shoulders, faking a smile but my heart is pounding furiously. "Haha, very funny." It's as if our conversation has been leaked when my eyes rest back on the tall individual. The grey swirls are staring right back at me, his colleague oblivious of his wandering eyes. His expression is stern but in the light it seems as though his lips are curled up, making my stomach do a flip. "My type." I whisper with a small smile. - When her enemy of a teacher becomes something more than just a person she hates - Completely fictional! 🤗 Please vote~ #3 - high (3/10/2024) #1 - student (7/10/2024) #1 - enemies (1/11/2024) #5 - hate (18/11/2024) #1 - lovers (23/11/2024) #12 - heartache (04/01/2025) #4 - teacher (02/03/2025) #3 - teenfiction (14/03/2025) #5 - war (31/03/2025) #1 - high (02/06/2025) #6 - heartache (4/06/2025) #2 - school (21/07/2025 #2 - hate (27/09/2025) #2 - enemies (23/10/25)
