A Talent Agent slash Journalist named Shammy Writers had tracked down the Powerpuff Girls Z ever since they first saved New Townsville from villains. Now that she had found them, she asked the girls to appear at a show called "Ask the Puffs! Show" once a week for the viewers (readers) to get to know a little more about the girls' lifestyle. 

The girls had mixed feelings but agreed anyway. Saying, "It's for the fans."
