After a gruesome experience which left him in a state of shock Natsu sets out for Japan, leaving his old life and guildmates behind. Upon arrival in the town of Kuoh he begins to have delusional dreams that seem to real to be called dreams. In search for answers Natsu runs into a peculiar group of individuals, once again Natsu sets out on a journey to figure out his own being, what could this new destiny lead him to?

Natsu is just an ordinary kid; he's not famous, and definitely isn't from some conglomerate family. To make up for that, he's kind, smart, and has a sense of humor. He finds the smallest of things interesting. Which, of course, leads him straight to Lucy, the social outcast. One thing leads to another, and soon, Natsu is teaching this strange girl the world of magic. They become friends rather quickly, and her unexpected actions never ceases to calm his storm of a day.
