A year before the events of RWBY Volume 1, as well as Team PRPL: The Spinoff Nobody Wanted or Asked For, two teams of Haven students are sent out on a mission to a remote Mistralian village. This mission, initially intended on aiding the struggling teams in finding their dynamic, quickly turns dark as more players reveal themselves.
