Grian and his friends on Hermitcraft are close. They've been friends for a while, and they have never really had any huge problems with each other. At least, that's what Grian thought before he overheard the other Hermits talking about him behind his back. Soon, Grian realizes that maybe he and his friends aren't as close as he'd like to think. He doesn't realize how much this affects him until one day, he begins to develop a strange disease. After learning he has a disease known as Hanahaki, a disease that stems from unrequited love, he realizes that a heart doesn't just break for romantic partners, but also for family.

Hanahaki Disease: a condition in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. - Laiken Parker has always had a serious problem, that being his constant habit of developing feelings for people way too fast and ultimately getting his heart broken. It all ends the same way, and one could even say he's used to it. He's pretty accustomed to feeling such an emotion so intensely. Speaking of intense emotions, while he can love with a passion, he can also detest with one as well. The subject to that being the one person whose sole purpose seems to be to make his life pretty much hell. Okay, maybe that's a bit of an extreme, but he's never been one to underestimate. Again, intensities are kind of his thing. His love habit had never bothered him to a point to really do much about it. He'd never really thought about any health consequences. He'd always assumed that he'd eventually either stop feeling altogether or, though far less likely, actually found his happily ever after. Or at least, they end up okay. Tommy discovers this as one day, running from Dream and his exile, he falls through the snow and wakes up in an odd world, one with lots of people! Even more people than the DreamSMP, but not quite as many as SMP Earth, which he hardly remembers. Now, in this new world, far friendlier than his old, he must help his newest friends find the friend that disappeared from their world. Meanwhile, Grian wasn't sure where he was or who any of these people were until he bumps into Phil. When he found out a man called Dream had hurt his old friend's kid, he wasn't very happy to say the least. He was particularly angry at how the kid was dragged into their stupid wars, and didn't hesitate to tell the man who wore a plain mask off, much to the surprise of everyone there. It's not every day you see a 5'6 man in an oversized red sweater screaming his head off at one of the most dangerous men in the server. He has to learn how to juggle his sudden nightmares, the insanity of his new world, and the issue of getting home all at once, and he must admit, it was very stressful. Will they be able to get home, or will they be stuck swapped forever? They both had people, friends, family counting on them to come home. Counting on them to return to them. They couldn't let them down. Aka Tommy gets therapy and Grian gives everyone else therapy.
