Accepted Into the Family

Life on Earth wasn't easy being a hybrid, but it also wasn't easy having your own family constantly telling you that you're weak and that you'll never amount to be anything.

My name is D Creed, and this is my story. I left Earth when I heard about the planet Pandora and the scientists had already tested humans out with Avatars, but they wanted to test hybrids. I was the only one to go, many were afraid, but I wanted to go so maybe I could have a new life in a complete new environment.

I had my things packed and I was boarding the ship. It didn't surprise me that my family didn't come to see me off, they never did love me, they thought I was a burden. Well, they won't have to worry anymore.

For what felt like ages, I finally arrived on Pandora, and being a hybrid has its perks, I can breathe the air here while humans cannot. But what was waiting for me, was not what I expected. A family of 6 was there, as if waiting for me.

"Jake, I would like to introduce you to D Creed, one of the first hybrids to come and live here." Norm, a man I met while on my journey here.

"Welcome to Pandora, I told the Ole'eytkan that there are hybrids on Earth, but they were in hiding. I actually expected an adult, why only you?" he asked me.

"I was tired of life on Earth, and I was hoping to maybe have a new life here, I can already breathe the air due to being immortal, and if it it's possible, I would like to learn your ways." I told him.

Jake nodded his head and said something to the woman beside him. "Our son, Neteyam will teach you our ways, welcome to the Omaticaya."
