Even though anyone could make out what had happened, no one cared enough to help. An old lady, a former teacher, would occasionally gift her books or stationery. She loved to read, and she did when she wasn't working, which wasn't too often.
One night, as River was walking "home" closing up the shop, after being forced to work three hours past her shift, she bumps into a tall, blond woman. Was is a coincidence? Maybe. But bumping into her three time? Definitely not.
