Vamp plays at the Hideout with her band, Stake For My Valentine, every night. She's considered the metal queen of the bar and her band are the rulers of the roost, famously loved by the Hideout's local drunks. However, when a band named Corroded Coffin land their first gig there, the sparse crowd warm quickly to the unique and awkward charm of the leading metal head, Eddie Munson.

However, Vamp doesn't warm to him so easily - in fact, she doesn't warm to him at all. Eddie, on the other hand, worships the ground she walks on and doesn't hesitate to make it known, leading to a cold rejection from her. 

Band rivalry occurs - Vamp vs. Eddie, Stake For My Valentine vs Corroded Coffin.

They hate each other... but one night everything changes when a plan is created and executed by Vamp and Eddie's bandmates with the intention of bringing the two together and harmony between the bands.
