A mission against the foot clan goes off the rails when Leo's Odachi combines with a strange mystic device, creating some kind of portal. Mikey ends up caught in the portal, whisked away from his brothers. He wakes up in a forest in New York, only its not his New York anymore. Luckily he's not alone out there. But the question remains, will he be able to get back home?
