Quirk: Atom Control
She has control over everyone and everything's atoms and molecules, even herself. She can move or modify them as she pleases. Due to this, she can alternate her body's atoms to copy quirks and make them better but only if she gets to understand the composition of each one.
Little Sami, after having experienced a traumatic event in her life, is adopted by pro-hero Hawks in order to be protected. With time, heroes vote for her to attend the UA in order to prevent any risks her quirk could imply in society.
By the end will she become a hero or a villain?
