When a group of teenagers finally find solace in a small town, secure from oposing humanity, Rory begans to notice that maybe this peaceful life everyone seems to lead isn't as perfect as everyone thinks it is.
Mayor Garrison has only one rule: NEVER cross over to the town over. As Rory begins to piece things together, he finds out that he's not this town's last hope to survive; He's just another pawn who's begging at this town's will.
