He couldn't have girlfriends or boyfriends during his teen years, he didn't go to parties, and anytime he did something a normal teen would do- he felt as if he was cheating on his mate. Angus Hami was 15 when he found his mate. The newborn baby of the mated pair that he helped, Felix Haddox. Angus was overjoyed to have finally found his other half. But all of that was ripped away from him when the baby's parents forbade Angus from seeing him.

He hurries home to find a boy who wants a piece of his treasure in exchange for 20 deer. The boy needs it to please his family. He agrees feeling pity for the boy as he also had tried in vain to please his own family. After the boy leaves the dragon eats the meet and falls asleep, when he wakes up he realised that the boy must have returned after the dragon gave him a piece of treasure and had taken everything. In dismay the dragon finds that the boy had taken a very valuable and precious thing and now the is on an adventure to get it back.
