Aera Cadell's life has never been simple. As a single mother, she's spent years working hard to build a future for her daughter, Ha-rin. Landing a job as a stylist at Big Hit Entertainment should be her big break, but she never expected it to bring her face-to-face with her childhood best friend-and first love-Park Jimin.

Jimin is at the top of the world as a member of BTS, but something has always been missing. When Aera reappears in his life, it feels like a piece of his past has come back, but things aren't as simple as they once were. The promise they made to each other years ago still hangs between them, unspoken and unresolved.
