Milena is out for vengeance, but Damian's aid costs her more than she bargained for.

Set in Europe during the Belle époque, countess Milena Von Fürstenberg is furious over her husband's infidelity. She seeks out Duke Damian Von Anhalt Bernburg, who facilitates the affair. Her confrontation with Damian doesn't proceed as she intended. During the month that follows, Damian dares Milena to wander a path of dark desires she wasn't looking for, even though every step she takes is by her own choice. Except the last one.
