What if Scandinavia Was a Pokémon Region

A calm and peaceful civilization where people tended to our perfect little creatures known nowadays as pocket monsters or simply as Pokémon.
A young boy no less than fifteen years old awakened to a chilly morning in these northern lands.
He wondered how his old friends were doing in said region.
