Naruto is the owner of a tea shop, ever since he could remember he's been having the same dream, he's had this dream so many times that he has it memorized. No matter how many times he wakes up from it he can never remember the face or names of the two people he saw in his dream. The dream was a sad one, bittersweet, he wanted to know who had died in his arms, and why he had such a strong reaction to it.
Neji is a nurse anesthetist. He works long hours, and is often tired, his job his stressful, he was expected to have a high paying job, a respectable one. Being a anesthetist nurse does come with a lot of stress. He feels as though he is going through the motions of life, nothing exciting, nothing to look forward to, other then living, and yet he recalls random events that made him feel happy?

Naruto rarely sees his friends anymore, with Sakura training to become a better medical-nin all the time and Sasuke being confined to his own apartment under constant watch.
