Illness that winter brought, Has yet to end. Warmth that he sought, Has yet to begin. But it never ends. It spreads and now, it's everywhere. Lives are void and filled with an emptiness. Buildings, businesses, schools closed or about to. As the world around me inches closer to its lips, I am thoughtless at the end of this life and a new one begins, this time from the front end back.
