in modern times, Persephone, a faerie woman finds herself in a kingdom called Fyria and finds herself falling in love with a man who is someone she's dreamt of since forever ago. She soon finds out he's cursed and she's determined to break that curse even if it means killing herself in the process. Persephone Atorina is a faerie woman, a species long extinct but was one of the few remaining and survived the horrors that took place in her home. Which this explains her horns and wings. As she soon find her home within the lands of Fyria, one night she decides to head to the library inside the castle and finds a mysterious man sitting at one of the tables. Devian Attor is a man cursed, something he couldn't held due to it being passed down by generations. He's lived a long, lonely life and has seen a lot of things. He's cunning, dashing, handsome and smart. He's suffered because of what his family did and wants this to be done because his death date is coming fast. -- "Gods, I can't let you die. I refuse; I..I've had many lovers but noone like you. We can find a way, even if I have to give myself to let you live." She says a wetness coating her rosy cheeks. Tears. She was crying. She swallowed hard as she looked into the eyes of the man in front of her. It was breaking her slowly to see him so...dead and hurt. "I've wanted to die for a long time but now, I want to live-because of you." his large hands cupped her small ones. More tears slipped down her face. She was a bloody baby right now. The man she'd come to know was dying in a few years time, she's determined to find the damned cure. "You..You've done so much for me and you already mean a lot to me and its been three days. I want to live my life with you, Persephone. I don't care. I will live." Extended inside - MATURE THEMES - ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO ME

Persephone has already been kidnapped by Hades, her unwanted and unexpected suitor. Demeter has already cast a famine on all the humans in her grief. Hades struggles to win Persephone over...but perhaps Persephone has always been meant to be with him, and she wasn't an innocent as she was thought she was... Moderate explicit parts. *not finished* "Look, Persephone, you're a reasonable Goddess, more reasonable than most. You have to understand I was not born the Lord of the Underworld. The title was appointed to me because I was the unlucky one. My job is just as important as my brother's jobs. I wasn't selected because of my cruel ways but now because of the way people speak of me and fear me now I am the cruel one whether or not I like it. Do you honesty think it is fair that it should work that way? People take one look at me and assume I'm the devil." Persephone crouches back in her seat. I realize I am standing and seat myself, trying to calm myself. "Do you honestly think that being in charge of the dead and judging them makes me undeserving of love, of a wife? I'm doomed to be exiled down here. I don't even have the sun to keep me warm, Persephone. You're all the sun I have..." *This story is also not meant to be factually accurate, and is simply an interpretation of the story.
