Toby has been on the run for a couple years after he murdered his father and lit up his childhood home, evading not only the law, but Slenderman who's been trying to recruit him as a proxy as well. One night during his stay at a rundown motel, Toby meets Y/N, a girl staying in the room next to him. After saving her from her lowlife boyfriend, the story takes off.
